Rhonda's Rhythms
Yoga, And Healing Jewelry
Rhonda Fentry M.S.

Originally from Evanston IL, I began my dance and fitness career in 1989. In my early to mid 20'''s, I had the opportunity to dance professionally, while teaching fitness classes and personal training on the side. Later in my career, I continued to work in the fitness industry as a fitness director, fitness manager, and group fitness director at various health and fitness clubs throughout the Chicago area and surrounding suburbs.

I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership and received my Master's Degree in Exercise Physiiology and Human Movement from A.T. Still University, School of Health Science. I hold fitness certifications through the American Council on Exercise, The American College of Sports Medicine, PhysicalMind Institute, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a certified Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist, and received my Yoga Teacher certificate

( 200hr CYT) through YogaFit. in 2003

Most recently, I have expanded my Yoga practice, studying at Corepower Yoga, Yoga By Degrees, and The Temple of Kriya, and have been a member of the Yoga Alliance since January, 2015. Yoga has opened up a new world for me, transforming my life, both as a yoga teacher for over 15 years, and as a student. I have personally experienced the healing effects of yoga on the body, mind, and spirit, and am excited to share this experience with my students. I currently teach at several Yoga studios in the area.

Even though I have been teaching Yoga for many years, every class remains a beautiful, enlightening, and fresh experience for both myself and my students. Although my focus has been on fitness instruction and personal training throughout the years, I have a developed a true passion and appreciation and respect for the power of Yoga, and have chosen this new path for the remainder of my health and wellness career as well as lifestyle.

Finally, I developed a passion for jewelry design very early in life, but only recently decided to share this passion with the world. Designing each new piece brings me a joy that just cannot be described, especially seeing the happiness it brings to its recipients.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, and my goal is to create balance, beauty, and love between the mind, body, and spirit in each of students and clients.

Please allow me the honor of sharing my passion and love with you!
